OnelyPens Privacy Notice

OnelyPens uses the information you provide to create and manage your account, process orders, deliver products, respond to support requests, verify payments, and send essential order updates.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone and student/registration ID), saved shipping addresses (including street, city, state, country and PIN/postal code), optional billing address, order items, payment method and transaction reference you choose to provide, and consent records.

Payments

Payments are processed through Cashfree. Do not share your UPI PIN, password, OTP, card PIN, or other authentication credentials with OnelyPens. Payment status is checked by the website backend. If a payment is pending or its status is unclear, check with your bank/payment app before retrying.

Marketing

Marketing emails are optional. Leaving the marketing checkbox unchecked does not affect placing an order. You can ask OnelyPens to stop marketing messages.

Privacy and cookies

The shop uses browser storage to keep your sign-in session and cart working. This is functional storage. This notice does not claim that optional analytics or advertising cookies are in use. If such technologies are added later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated.

Sharing and retention

We use the information to operate the store and communicate with you. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers needed to fulfil orders. We retain order and transaction records for operational, accounting and legal needs, and address records while needed for delivery and account management.

Your choices

You may update saved addresses in your account and contact OnelyPens to request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or to withdraw marketing consent.
