These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the OnelyPens website and purchases of products or services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and services

OnelyPens lists refurbished pens, new pens, replacement refills, pen-refilling services and bulk/institutional services. Product descriptions, availability and prices are shown on the website or confirmed directly by OnelyPens. Refurbished items may show ordinary signs of prior use; relevant condition details will be provided in the listing where applicable.

All listed product prices are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). Any delivery charge or other applicable charge will be disclosed to you before you confirm payment. Product availability may change until an order is accepted.

2. Orders

When you place an order, please provide accurate contact, phone and shipping details. OnelyPens may contact you to confirm details, payment or availability. An order is subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information cannot be verified, or a payment or technical issue prevents processing; any amount received for a cancelled order will be handled under the Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

3. Payments

Cashfree is the only payment method offered at checkout. Payment processing is subject to Cashfree's terms. An order is not confirmed until payment is verified by the server. If checkout fails or payment status is uncertain, check with your bank/payment app and do not retry while a payment may still be processing.

Never provide your UPI PIN, OTP, password, card PIN or payment authentication credentials to OnelyPens. If a payment appears pending or fails, check with your bank/payment app before attempting another payment.

4. Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN/postal code and a reachable phone number. Delivery estimates, where shown or communicated, are estimates and may be affected by the courier, weather, service interruptions or an incorrect address. If a delivery fee applies, it will be communicated before payment is confirmed. Please contact us promptly if your address needs correction.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return and refund requests are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Please read it before ordering.

6. Acceptable use and website availability

You agree to provide truthful information and not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit fraudulent orders or payment information. We aim to keep the website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

7. Intellectual property

Website text, branding and original materials are owned by OnelyPens or used with permission. Third-party brand names and products remain the property of their respective owners; their mention does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.

8. Changes and contact
